We offer opportunities for volunteers both in England and in Kashmir. We need passionate and hardworking individuals who have strong belief in justice and equality. We need administrators, teachers, students, fund raisers and even skilled profesionals to help on building and renovation projects.

A large portion of our learners have spent their entire lives working and therfore their chances of academic progress are limited. Do you want to help maximise the potential of some of these hard working, less fortunate individuals? Get involved in our mentoring scheme and offer advice and support to our older pupils looking for profesional guidance, training or work experince. We need skilled profesionals, enthusiastic and positive role models to help inspire and guide our learners

MENTORS

We need experienced profesionals and enthusiastic individuals who can help provide support and training for our existing staff and learners. If you want to help develop and implement innovative teaching methods in challenging conditions then we have numerous opportunities for you. You can provide us with pedogogical knowledge, help train staff by visiting our school in Mirpur or provide support and employment opportunities for our learners.
